Hello and welcome to another Fearless Friday. We are your hosts. I'm Tina. And I'm Sarah. We are so excited to be talking about what we're talking about.
SPEAKER_02Oh, yeah, we are pumped to the max. Heike, we got a pretty little plant up in here today.
SPEAKER_00The Bible is so exciting. If you don't read it, you need to read it more because it's amazing what it will do in your life.
SPEAKER_02Yes, we are talking all things abiding, pruning, bearing, gardening, vining, connecting.
SPEAKER_00Which is so perfect because of what we talked about last week. And you probably maybe felt like, okay, now what? I got all this information. She they totally understand. Now what? This is your now what?
SPEAKER_02Yes. So we're opening up. Tina, take it away. We're in first John.
SPEAKER_00First John 4, 15.
SPEAKER_02This is a backdrop of in case you haven't done this first, because if you don't do this first, anything else after is not gonna make sense.
SPEAKER_00Whoever confesses that Jesus is the son of God, God abides in him and he in God.
SPEAKER_02So abiding. We gotta know what that word means. And I love the dictionary for this. It says to remain, stay, dwell, continue in a specific condition, implying endurance or patience. So could you read that one more time for us? Absolutely.
SPEAKER_00And this is maybe I'll read in the um in the NIV version because I do love different versions. And we just had the you know resurrection Sunday not long ago, and thinking about what he did on that cross for us, why would we not want to abide in him?
SPEAKER_02Yes, why would we not want to stay and dwell and remain in Jesus? And we're gonna talk all things about what that even means.
SPEAKER_00First John 4, 15. Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him and he in God.
SPEAKER_02So God stays in him and you in God. God dwells in you and you in God. You are now the tabernacle, you are now where God's spirit lives in. So if you abide, if you believe in him, his spirit is in you and you are in him.
SPEAKER_00So the same power that raised Jesus Christ from the dead lives in you.
SPEAKER_02Yes. So before we go any further, if this is somehow, some way somebody sent you this, or you stumbled on this on a short, and you've been feeling the nudge to walk with the Lord and give your life to Christ. We're gonna walk you through a short, quick prayer before we move forward. I think that's the what God's calling us to do.
SPEAKER_00So the confession is basically I am a sinner. I am a sinner. Well, I oh okay. Sorry, I'm ready. She's excited. So it's I am a sinner, Jesus died for me. I want him to come in and change my heart. That's that's you know, they call it the sinner's prayer. I don't believe it says that anywhere in the Bible, but it is a prayer of basically your confessing that God is King Almighty, King of Kings, and Lord of Lords, and He is going to be the one to reshape.
SPEAKER_02Yes, and you're a sinner who needs a savior, and that savior is Jesus Christ, and he is the only way, the only truth, and the only life. Period.
SPEAKER_00So we'll make it quick. Yes. Lord, I am a sinner.
SPEAKER_02Lord, I am a sinner. Come into my heart, come into my heart, make me clean, make me clean. I confess that you died for me. I confess that you died for me. Amen. Amen. Amen.
SPEAKER_00It's not complicated. The complicated part is when you have to, you get to learn to abide in him.
SPEAKER_02Yes. And we're gonna explain that right now. So buckle up. Get ready for it. Buckle up. So now we are moving to John. So not first John any longer, John 15, verse one. This is in the coolest translation I'm digging at the moment. It's the International Children's Bible. John 15, 5, verse 1. Oh, yes. The chapter. John 15. John 15, verse number one. I'm starting with. Yes. Um, and it gives a little title at the beginning, and it says Jesus is the vine. So we're what we're talking about today is abiding, what that means. So it's staying connected, dwelling, depending, and abiding in Jesus. So we got to stay connected, we got to be dwelling, we got to be with Jesus, like intertwined. So just keep that in mind as we're reading um scripture. It says, I am the true vine, my father is the gardener. So that's God. And this is where your human brain's not gonna understand where the father, the son, and the holy spirit, they're three in one. They're but Jesus is the vine and your fat and his father is the gardener, so God. So he cuts off every branch of mine that does not produce fruit. What fruit is that? I'm so glad you asked. It is the fruit of the spirit. So if you're dwelling in God, if you are abiding in Jesus, then you're producing his kind of fruit. Love, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, gentleness, faithfulness, and self-control. We have a whole episode on that of a breakdown of each one of those, but that's what will happen in your life. That's what you will start to produce if you stay connected to Jesus. So it says, and he trims and cleans every branch that produces fruit so that it will produce even more fruit. Ow, because you're like, what? I'm producing good apples, I'm producing love, I'm producing patience. And he's like, but you could be producing more. So he's cutting it off so you can produce more. And it says, You are already clean because of the words I have spoken to you. So there's nothing that you could ever do, it's everything that Jesus can do for you. He continues on and says, Remain in me. And who are we remaining in, Tina?
SPEAKER_00Jesus.
SPEAKER_02Yes. And he will remain in you. No branch can produce fruit alone. So just think of a tree for yourself. If you got a tree in your backyard and the whole thing is producing fruit, it's producing apples. If one branch decides today it's going to produce pears, that's not how it works because the seeds, the roots, are only there to produce apples. One branch can't say, nah, today I'm not going to produce apples. I'm going to produce pears. That doesn't have that kind of power. So we don't have that power to produce this kind of fruit alone. It must remain in the vine, and the vine is Jesus. It says it is the same with you. You cannot produce fruit alone. You must remain in me. Again, it continues on. This is um still chapter 15 in John, verse number five. I am the vine. The vine is Jesus, and we are the branches. So we are the ones going out, and he is producing love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, gentleness, and faithfulness, self-control in our branches. And if a person remains in me and I remain in him, then he produces much fruit. But without me, he can do nothing.
SPEAKER_00So it doesn't literally mean nothing. What it means is when you are abiding in him, your breath, your life, your actions, everything is kind of circled around your eternal salvation. And so you're producing, if you're abiding in him and bearing much fruit, you're producing the fruit of Christ. And that's the good, the joy, the peace, the patience, Galatians 5. Yes. But if you're not abiding in him, your life starts to produce the things of this world.
SPEAKER_02And we're going to get to that in Galatians. We're going to go to that in a moment. So you can do nothing that the Lord wants you to do. You can do nothing that you're called to do on this earth. You're not going to be a solution solver, a problem solver, any of that if you are not connected to the vine. And the vine is Jesus. Nothing of eternal value. Yes. So if anyone does not remain in me, then he is like a branch that is thrown away. So imagine a tree in your backyard or a tree that you see, and a branch cuts off from the tree, it's wither away and it falls in the literally abyss. It could, the wind could take it, somebody could stomp over it, somebody could crack it. Like it's nothing. It doesn't have any purpose anymore because it's not hanging on the tree going to produce anything any longer. Says that the branch dies, people pick up. This is so crazy. I love when scripture just says it plainly after I describe it. Anywho, this is verse number six. If anyone does not remain in me, then he is like a branch that is thrown away. That branch dies. People pick up dead branches, throw them into the fire, and burn them.
SPEAKER_00That sounds like Ezekiel. Dry bones.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_00You need God to fill your bones with life.
SPEAKER_02Yes. Says, Remain in me and follow my teachings. If you do this, then you can ask for anything you want and it will be given to you. You should produce much fruit and show that you are my followers. This brings glory to my father. Again, faith without works is dead. We said that last time. So if you have all the faith but no works, I would challenge you. Are you really even following the God of the Bible? If you're doing all these works in Jesus' name, but you have no faith, again, I'm challenging you. Are you even following the God of the Bible? So you should produce much fruit that shows you are my followers. This brings much glory to my Father. So what kind of fruit are we going to be um producing? I'm so glad you asked. This is in Galatians 5, verse 16. So I tell you, live by the following spirit. Then you will do, then you will not do what your sinful selves want. We all want to do what we want to do. It's all about me, me, me. No matter if you're following the Lord as closely as you can or not, you have to put on all of these things that He's calling you to do. You gotta put on love and peace and patience and kindness, goodness, gentleness, faithfulness, love, and self-control. Put on uh a great analogy I heard the other day is you didn't walk, we're all wearing clothes. I and if you're home alone, whatever, I don't know. Anyway, you put you get up in the day and you put on clothes. Your closet didn't just jump out at you and put your clothes on for you. You have to actively put them on. Your phone, you have to actively go and plug it in to the wall or your charger so it stays connected, so your phone can produce a fully charged battery for you to wander in your life until you come home and you're running low and you gotta recharge it again. And this all comes back to the Bible. You gotta plug in and stay connected to the only one that can give you power, which is Jesus, God, and the Holy Spirit. So if you're plugged into him, you can produce all of these good things.
SPEAKER_00And this go ahead. No, it's just I keep thinking about his truth. Plugged into him. What does that look like? Yes, what are the attributes of Jesus?
SPEAKER_02And we're gonna get into that in verse um in Galatians. But let me tell you what you're not gonna be producing if you just choose to walk your own way. So it says, then you will not do what your sinful selves want. This is what our sinful selves want to do. It's against the spirit. So it's your flesh versus the spirit, the capital S spirit, the Holy Spirit versus you. The spirit wants what is against our sinful selves. The two are against each other. So you must not do what you please because what you want, you want to be in a position where what you want is what God wants. The posit, but it's actively choosing that. The default of all human beings is to do what you want when you want and how you want to do it.
SPEAKER_00Uh, who talks about it? Paul talks about it in one of the books. Why do I do what I don't? Corinthians, maybe. Why do I do what I don't want to do? If I do what I don't want to do, it means it's not me doing it, it's my flesh that's doing it. Like we need to have Christ abiding in us at all times, even someone as selfless after he became Paul before he was when he was Saul, not then. That was flesh, that was not abiding, and then he became Paul and he abides. Even after he abides, he still struggles. Yes. So we all we know you gonna struggle if Paul struggles.
SPEAKER_02Yes. If Jesus, Jesus suffered the greatest suffering of human humanity, period. So if Jesus suffered and he's the way, the truth, and the life, you're gonna suffer. But take heart, he's overcome the world, and that's scripture. You can look that up. All right, so if you let the spirit lead you, you are not under the law. So the result of sin's control in our lives is clear. This is what it includes. So if you're doing your own thing and you're not abiding, you're not staying connected to Jesus. So think of right now, think of your cell phone if you need an analogy. If you never ever plug it in, if you never plug into the source of life who gave you life, this is what you are going to produce.
SPEAKER_00Hold on, go back and read what you what was that? John 15, what?
SPEAKER_0215.
SPEAKER_00The one that you just read.
SPEAKER_02I'm in Galatians 5.
SPEAKER_00Okay.
SPEAKER_02Um, but if you let the spirit lead you, that's 518. Okay. You are not under the law.
SPEAKER_00Okay, read that one. That one's good. Yeah. I'm about to. Didn't you already read it? No. Oh, okay.
SPEAKER_02The the result of sin's control in our lives is clear. It includes that's where I'm headed. Okay. Okay, good? Are we good? Okay, awesome. So it includes sexual immorality, impurity, wild living, worshiping false gods, doing witchcraft, hating, making trouble, being jealous, being angry, being selfish, making people angry with each other, causing division among other people, having envy, being drunk, having wild and wasteful parties, and doing other things just like this. So that is what you're gonna do if you never plug into Jesus. If you do whatever you want, however you want to do it, and you never talk or abide in the creator of the world who created you. You're just trying to do everything you want to do. That's what you're gonna produce.
SPEAKER_00And if you're hearing this and you're like, well, I don't do that, I don't do that, I don't do that, I don't do that. This is a very extreme measure of things that people can and will do. There are definitely people who commit these types of sins within their own heart, right? Like I think of when our pastor talked about, like, oh, I've never murdered somebody. But have you looked after a woman in lust? Have you looked after a man in lust? Or even made some kind of sly comment about another person? I know I've done it, like, oh my gosh, I can't believe they're doing da-da-da-da-da. Do they really need to be doing da-da-da-da-da? And then it's like a heart check. What about you, my daughter, daughter of the most high? Are you acting as a daughter of the most high when you're speaking ill about another person? Maybe you're not murdering them, but in your heart, you already have. Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, that's good. Yeah. Check your heart, all the things. So it continues on. I warn you now, as I warned you before, those who do these things will not be in God's kingdom. It's plain as day, and it's super like convicting and scary. It's the fear of God, the reverence of God.
SPEAKER_00Fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom.
SPEAKER_02Yes, and thank you, God, that there's always a but in scripture, but God. So it goes on. This is um, we're still in Galatians chapter 5. This is verse 22. It says, but the spirit, and again, the spirit is the Holy Spirit, gives love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. There is no law that says these things are wrong. Those who belong to Jesus Christ have crucified their own sinful selves. So it's no longer you that lives, it's Christ who lives in you. So he abides in you, he lives within you. So it's not you anymore, it's him. So you have to stay connected, or you're gonna keep trying to do all of these other things because that's your default. All the icky things I just read, that's our default because we are sinners who need a savior, which is Jesus. And how cool is it that the savior of the world decided instead of living in a tabernacle, like a place, this is in the Old Testament. If you don't know what I'm talking about, read Exodus. So he decided now he's gonna dwell in us. We are that dwelling place. So we have we don't have to go somewhere to go dwell with him. Wherever you are, there he is, which is so awesome. At the same time, wherever you are, there you are too. So you gotta get yourself out of the equation and let Jesus take over your vessel, your temple. Yes. So it says, those who belong to Jesus Christ have crucified their own selves, they have given up their old selfish feelings and the evil things that they wanted to do. We get our new life from spirit, so we should follow the spirit. So that's all a lot. And we have this awesome little plant up in here because Jesus is the vine and God is the gardener. So, just for our analogy today, if you can't, I'm gonna move it because I just want to make sure everyone can see it. So Tina's gonna be God, okay? And I'm gonna this, let's pretend this is like um, this is a garden. The the table is the garden, and the pot is the soil with all of the roots in it, okay? And Jesus comes along and look, you're growing and you're producing. There's love and joy and peace and patience, kindness, goodness, gentleness, faithfulness, self-control, because you're plugged up in to the garden. You're rooted in Christ. And God's like, oh my gosh, over here, she could be producing more love. So we gotta let that one go because there's she could be producing more in here, and there's more patience that needs to come into her life. Like it's all growing, but it could be growing more. And you know, we're doing our best here. If you're watching on YouTube, it's a he removes these things, God removes it so you can produce more. Um, I think about, you know, an apple tree around here in the fall time. You know, you go to the orchard, you're picking the apples, and everyone is taking the apples to go bake apple pie or apple cider, and you're using that good fruit that, and then every year it's gonna bear more fruit.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I think about we have a peach tree in our yard, and if we don't prune it at the right time, it will not bear fruit at the right time. So you have to prune it a few months before so that it can then grow and produce a few months after these beautiful, tasty, delicious peaches. If we don't prune it, they're small and hard and not juicy.
SPEAKER_02Whoa, and what she said is you have to prune them at the right time. So there's a time that God's gonna go, and it's not gonna be our timeline, and we're gonna think he's late or early or not on time, but he sees everything and he knows what our entire lifespan is. He knows our chapter 55 while we're in chapter 22. So he's coming and pruning you at his right time, and that probably shakes you, and you're like, what's happening? What is going on with my life? And he's like, Hold up. In due time, you're gonna produce a harvest for people to be able to see that uh you live in me and I live in you, and you're gonna be a light to all who live in the darkness still.
SPEAKER_00Bear much fruit, and so prove to be my disciples. Like, that's amazing.
SPEAKER_02Your fruit calls you to that's how people will know that you're you're Jesus. Are you loving? Are you patient? Are you kind? Are you gentle? Do you got self-control?
SPEAKER_00If you keep my commandments, you will abide in my love, just as I have kept my father's commandments and abide in his love. These things I have spoken to you that my joy may be in you and that your joy may be full. And I think about our sister Annika, she was on the um podcast a couple weeks ago. And if you look at her, her life exuberates, she permeates joy. Like she just is such a loving, happy, joyful person. Her middle name is Joy, but like also, as we talked about last week, we literally speak life over our brothers and sisters in Christ. However, she is joy because God abides in her, and she abides in God.
SPEAKER_02So her joy, it's not that she's nobody can be something 24-7, 365 at 100% maximum. Because we're humans. God can do all things through us. So when we are weak, when we've ran out of our own joy, God will give us joy no matter what's going on. But we gotta put that on. We gotta know that he's the one giving it to us because as soon as we're cut off, that branch can do nothing.
SPEAKER_01So where's your little thingy? Yeah.
SPEAKER_02So these branches that we have if you're on YouTube, so one was love and one was another one. We'll do patience or joy. And so if they're cut off, they're not doing anything anymore. And it might look a little bit barren, and it's like, what's going on? The transition period of your life, if you will, like what's God doing? Everything was going good, and he's like, but you can do more. And the awesome thing about believing in the Lord is and that being a brother and sister in Christ, and you are maturing in God, is you are gonna be continuously doing this abiding and pruning and gardening forever. Nobody Ever going to arrive, you're gonna praise the Lord that He's gonna keep pruning and molding you to be and produce as much as you can while we're here on earth until He's ready for you to leave. So not one is greater than the other. And if you've been walking for 55 years, your fruit should show that. If you've been walking for five minutes, your fruit is going to be blossoming in the perfect time. So comparison, thief of joy. So don't compare where you are at with somebody else, especially if you're a believer. God knows what he's doing, and you're planted and root, rooted in him, abiding in him, staying connected to the vine, because once you're disconnected, these aren't doing anything anymore.
SPEAKER_00I remember when I first came, first ish came to really know Jesus and that just excitement and exuberance for Jesus that new believers just kind of feel in the sensation. And I remember people who had been believers for a while, they would always say, like, oh, I love that joy, that like new believer joy, like it's so amazing, all the things. And I I remember praying in that moment, I'm like, wait a second, shouldn't we always have that joy for what Jesus did for us? Like I was so confused at what do you mean? Like it's it's only at the beginning of meeting him. And maybe that's not what they meant, and who knows, right? Words of power. We talked about that in the last episode. But as I think now and I read through this book, I am as excited today reading this word with my sister in Christ than I was four years ago. And I pray, I pray, I pray, you know, you could be following Jesus for 50 years, but you don't have 50 years experience. You have one year 49 times. And I heard that and I was like, oh, please, Lord, don't ever let that be me. I always want to be excited. I always want to be like a little child. I always want to abide in you, I always want you to prune me, even though sometimes it's really hard to be pruned. It hurts.
SPEAKER_02Let's just, yeah, let's just call it. They they take literally what God is doing is if you've ever been a gardener, like cut a branch off of something, sometimes like you just need the little clippings, the little scissors, and sometimes you need this big old giant thing to be like, ah, that ain't it. That one's not doing so hot. And it hurts.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. And this season, right now, when you're listening to this, it's gonna be the beginning of spring. So if you have a garden, if you if you're even if you're living in an apartment and you want to plant, you know, tulips or whatever it is, like this is the pruning season. And I think the analogy, this is such a God planning of this abiding in pruning, because we should be pruning not all the time, right? There's the right time, there's a season to be pruning, and I think this is the pruning season. I really do. I think that's why he has called us to share this with you. And I think there's a lot of Christians who are like, okay, now what?
SPEAKER_02Yes, you're now what do I do? Yeah, and you're not alone. This would be the pruning season. I would also call it the transition season.
SPEAKER_00And it's messy.
SPEAKER_02It is, and you're in the midst of waiting of like, I'm not where I was, I don't look the way I was, but I'm not where I'm going to be yet. I'm not fully grown of where all these things are lost any longer. Um, another analogy is one door closed, but the other one hasn't opened yet. So you're just in the hallway of like, what do I do? Well, you keep abiding, stay in, stay connected, stay dwelling in God because cut off from Jesus, you can't do anything, no matter what. So, and you don't. This is another thing, Moses. You don't want to get to the promised land and not live in it. You want to be able to live in the promised land so you don't want to die in the hallway. You don't want to die in the midst until you're ready to be pruned again. Like, don't let the pruning cut you off from the from the vine.
SPEAKER_00Did you read John 15, 16? Yeah.
SPEAKER_02No, go for it.
SPEAKER_00So good. It's exactly Oh, I think I did.
SPEAKER_02Anywho, go ahead. Read it again.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I'm gonna read it again, probably a different version. You did not choose me, but I chose you. Like he chose you to be his daughter or his son. I just think that's so powerful. And appointed you that you should go and bear fruit. Go and bear fruit. He's telling you to go and bear fruit.
SPEAKER_02So that means stay connected because you can't bear fruit by yourself. You have to stay connected to the vine.
SPEAKER_00You are you are nothing special, just his holy vessel. Yes. And that your fruit should abide so that whatever you ask the father in my name, he may give it to you. These things I command you so that you will love one another, so that you will love one another.
SPEAKER_02Like, you gotta, it's the vertical thing that we talk about often, connected to the source, so you can go out and be fruitful with everybody else. If you are not connected, the disconnect with your horizontal is going to stink and it's going to be like the world. But if you are connected and you're talking with a worldly friend and a godly friend, you are going to produce good fruit because you're you're connected, you're abiding in God. So either no matter who you're talking to, you have the source of life connected to you. The moment you cut off from that, now you're a worldly human, just like everyone else who doesn't abide in the Lord. And no matter if you're talking to a sinner, who we all are, um, but if you're talking to a worldly person versus a Christian, the Christian's probably gonna irritate you even more because you are disconnected from God, that which is why it's so important to every day open the word and read it for yourself and not just have a root, have that routine, stick to it, be graceful for yourself, but also don't get caught up in the check the box list. Like, what are you actually gaining? What did you learn? What is speaking to you? What is God doing in you? Not just I read my Bible, I went to church, I served today, the end. Yeah. Like I woke up, brushed my teeth, went to the bathroom, the end. Like it needs to be like an excitement, the joy of the Lord.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, living in the purpose that He has for you, the plans he has for you. And I think so often, you know, we hear the title Christian, and I think that kind of turns some people off. And so I'm gonna say a daughter or a son of the most high God, you know, and I said it earlier in the episode. How do you act when you're a daughter or a son of the most high God? And allowing him to come in and mold. They will know him by your fruit, right? They will know you by your fruit. Yes, like if you have good fruit, peace, joy, patience, kindness, goodness, gentleness, and self-control, they people want to know about Jesus because they want to know about the fruit.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, they're like, what is going on? So in the midst of suffering, you still have joy. Well, that looks different than the world because when the world is suffering, more chaos usually comes about. So the difference of bearing good fruit in the midst of whatever is going on rain, shine, hotness, tornadoes, rainbows, whatever's going on. If you're connected to the vine dresser, Jesus, then everything else will flow from that, and you don't have to do anything because it's already doing it for you. And then the pruning comes, and that's not you either. That's God doing it to produce more because He you are made for more. So the moment you think you arrived is probably the next moment you're gonna have a pruning.
SPEAKER_00Yep, that is very, very, very. I was just in a season a little bit ago where I was like, everything's going great, everything's flowing, everything. Thank you, Jesus. Like I was still praying. It wasn't like I wasn't being grateful to the Lord, and all of a sudden I said something, and someone was like, told me later that you what you said hurt my feelings, and I'm like, wait, I didn't mean to do that. What? And then I went back to myself with God and I was like, God, what did I say? How are my words affecting people? Like, I needed to work through and per Jesus needed to prune that out, and then you have to like reshape and regrow that relationship, even though you didn't mean to do it, it's not always the enemy attacking, though he does, it's also God pruning, yeah. God forging you in that fire to be able to do the things greater things than he.
SPEAKER_02Yes. So as he's pruning, he's taking away something that could be producing more. So maybe that's something that you used to do all the time consistently, and it's good. You're doing good things, you're doing good works, you're doing what God is calling you to do, but he has a different plan now. So now that that season is over, that part of your life is no longer needed. It is complete, it is finished. So another part of this would be like you're walking down a road, and there's so many roads to get to your house. You have this way, you have that way, and then you end up to your destination. So sometimes you can go that way, but God wants you, there's a T in the road, and you have to go left or right, and He's wanting you to go one way, and you can decide to go the other way, but you know that you need to run towards the Lord when He's pruned and taken something out of your life because it's never for no reason. And believe me when I'm saying this, I am eating what I'm saying. And so, in that, he's like, Yes, this was good, but now I have more. That season is there's a time for everything, and that is Ecclesiastes. And so, with all of that, stay connected. Every time you think about your phone charger and it's starting to die, are you running to God to charge to charge yourself as much as you are running to the phone charger before your phone dies?
SPEAKER_00Amen.
SPEAKER_02Run to the Father again and again and again.
SPEAKER_00I'm letting my phone die all the time. I do not care about that. No, but for the analogy, but no, but I'm saying, like, I wasn't always that way. Yeah. I mean, I watched my son and he's like, oh my gosh, I'm at 98%. I gotta plug it in. But like, that is God changing my heart.
SPEAKER_02Yes, I'm talking about the phone because you physically have to plug it in. Like, you physically have to stay plugged in and charge up with the word and be around other brothers and sisters in Christ, the body, and uh be in prayer, read the word, be in the body. Without those things, are you abiding in the Lord?
SPEAKER_00You'll have some uh rusty leaves and no fruit.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_00So with that, thank you so much for watching, listening. Please like and subscribe, hit those buttons.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, share it with a friend if you think it'll be beneficial in what sort of way. And um, until next fearless Friday. Bye.
